We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Director to drive Sensewaves' growth and market presence in the energy and AI sectors. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, positioning our innovative solutions at the forefront of the industry. You will collaborate closely with sales, creative, product, and leadership teams to shape our brand, generate demand, and engage key stakeholders.

Mission
Key role within the tech team:
- Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy – Design and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
- Positioning & Messaging – Define and refine Sensewaves' value proposition, ensuring clear and compelling messaging across all channels.
- Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing – Drive inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to attract and convert prospects into customers.
- Content & Thought Leadership – Oversee the creation of high-impact content (whitepapers, case studies, webinars, blog posts).
- Market & Competitive Analysis – Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adapt strategies.
- Digital & Performance Marketing – Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid campaigns, and social media engagement.
- Sales & Product Collaboration – Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
- Event & Partner Marketing – Plan and execute participation in industry events, conferences, and strategic partnerships.
- Brand Management – Ensure consistent and impactful brand presence across all channels and touchpoints.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Track and analyze key marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and measure success.
Requirements
Profile and experience
- University Degree in Digital Marketing or other field (Bachelor or master degree)
- 2 years of experience or more
