• Prepare your operation(s)
• Define your needs the survey elements the method and resources in terms of labor and materials
• Manage orders
• Carry out and optimize the construction survey (budget)
• Conduct the negotiations in order to propose selected secondary building trades
• Anticipate coordinate and monitor and correct the activities of the secondary building trades by taking into account the interfaces with the structural work team
• Monitor and verify the execution of the works under your responsibility by setting the objectives of the site and / or works supervisors and monitor the progress of the works (progress schedules report on necessary additional expenses and products track and correct budgets invoicing and payments)
