Description du poste
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Web Designer in France.

In this role, you will design and implement high-performing websites, landing pages, and marketing collateral that drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency. You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams, translating messaging and value propositions into visually compelling, conversion-optimized digital assets. The role blends visual design, UX, and web implementation, with opportunities to contribute to brand storytelling and campaign execution. You will work with modern web platforms, iterate quickly based on analytics, and maintain design quality across multiple touchpoints. This position is ideal for someone who values clarity, hierarchy, and persuasive design while thriving in a fast-paced, production-focused environment. Your contributions will directly impact user experience, lead generation, and overall brand perception.

Accountabilities:
  • Design and build new website and landing pages using WordPress, Webflow, and Framer, ensuring mobile-first, responsive, and high-performing execution.
  • Refine existing pages to improve clarity, hierarchy, visual structure, and conversion effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior designers to maintain and evolve the design system across web and marketing assets.
  • Translate messaging frameworks into clear, visually compelling layouts that support growth campaigns and sales enablement.
  • Create sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, brochures, and campaign visuals.
  • Apply analytics insights (scroll depth, session replays, heatmaps, CRO tests) to optimize layouts and user experience.
  • Ensure all designs are polished, stable, performance-optimized, and aligned with brand standards.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in web design and web implementation.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing clean UI, visual hierarchy, spacing, and typography discipline.
  • Experience with real, shipped websites and landing pages (beyond Dribbble/Behance concepts).
  • Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, structured systems), Webflow, WordPress, and Framer, with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Comfortable making minor HTML/CSS adjustments when needed.
  • Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, including spacing, rhythm, contrast, CTA placement, and narrative flow.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, accept feedback, and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, agency, or service-based growth environments.
  • Knowledge of CRO and analytics tools (Hotjar, GA4, A/B testing).
  • Skills in animation or micro-interactions (Webflow Interactions, Framer Motion).
  • Basic SEO awareness, including semantic structure, accessibility, and performance optimization.
  • Experience supporting sales, SDR, or customer success teams with design assets.
Benefits:
  • Competitive monthly compensation: $1,500–$2,000 USD, dependent on experience and skills.
  • Opportunity to work remotely in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Hands-on experience with modern web design tools and growth-focused design projects.
  • Exposure to end-to-end digital design, from UX and web development to marketing campaigns.
  • Opportunities to develop skills in analytics-driven design and conversion optimization.
