Job Description: CRM and IT Project Manager

We are looking for a project manager to join our team in Montreal. The role focuses on leading multiple client projects that involve the implementation of CRM and IT solutions, from requirements definition to execution. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and cross‑functional groups, and will be responsible for understanding and configuring the Salesforce platform to align with client strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, and assign priorities. Work closely with project teams to allocate resources and set realistic deadlines.
  2. Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues. Communicate updates to stakeholders and management.
  3. Resource Management: Allocate human and technical resources based on needs and capacity. Ensure teams have the necessary skills and tools.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and cross‑functional groups. Establish effective communication channels.
  5. Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement actions to minimize impact.
  6. CRM Optimization: Translate business needs into functional configurations within the Salesforce platform and ensure proper implementation.
  7. Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance activities to ensure projects meet high standards, establish and enforce quality control processes.
  8. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, engaging to understand needs and manage expectations.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities, analyze project metrics, and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Degree in IT project management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role managing software and CRM projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, CRMs, and best practices.
  • Experience optimizing CRM solutions (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
Contract & Work Hours
  • Position available immediately.
  • Full‑time: 40 hours per week.
  • Salary commensurate with experience.
