Overview
Your objectives - Under the guidance of Aeroline Group Business Line teams, jointly with Aeroline India, define the Business Line strategy for Airlines market and how to deploy IT in India - Create the necessary eco-system with Airlines and Airport as well as with institution (Embassy, DG T), schools, and manufacturers (Airbus, Safran)
Responsibilities
- Define and organize the Aeroline Group Business Line offers for India, focusing on the deployment of solutions for aviation sector clients.
- Build an ecosystem for engagement with aeronautics manufacturers, aviation organizations, and global institutions (Embassies, DG T).
- Initiate and coordinate academic partnerships with relevant institutions.
- Plan and execute the communication strategy.
- Create the local offers, partnership and Business Pipeline.
- Identify and implement training and awareness programs for team members.
- Deliver Consulting and support activities.
Qualifications
- Engineering background, ideally in the aviation sector or other industries involving complex product development (e.g., Naval, Space, Railway, Automotive).
- Business development profile, preferably with a business school background (double diploma for instance) or strong interest in the area.
- Full understanding of Aero / Airlines ecosystems.
- Capability to set and address new ecosystems.
- Strong interest and aptitude for sustainability, aviation, customer service, air traffic topics.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within an international network.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Autonomous and proactive, with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of Hindi.
- Knowledge of India / Asia culture and economics.
- Familiarity with IT development or sustainability practices in IT or other industries.
- Knowledge of new technologies.
- Flexibility and creativity.
