Job Description

Your objectives

• Define the Business Line strategy for the Airlines market in India, under the guidance of Aeroline Group Business Line teams and in collaboration with Aeroline India.
• Create an ecosystem involving airlines, airports, institutions (embassies, DG T), schools, and manufacturers (e.g., Airbus, Safran).

Your future missions

• Organize and define the Aeroline Group Business Line offers for India, focusing on deploying solutions for aviation clients.
• Build engagement ecosystems with aeronautics manufacturers, aviation organizations, and global institutions.
• Initiate and coordinate academic partnerships with relevant institutions.
• Plan and execute communication strategies.
• Create local offers, partnerships, and a business pipeline.
• Identify and implement training and awareness programs for team members.
• Provide consulting and support activities.

Qualifications

• An engineering background, ideally in aviation or industries involving complex product development (e.g., naval, space, railway, automotive).
• A business development profile, preferably with a business school background or strong interest in the area.
• Full understanding of aerospace and airline ecosystems.
• Ability to set up and address new ecosystems.
• Strong interest and aptitude in sustainability, aviation, customer service, and air traffic topics.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within an international network.
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
• Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

Complementary skills / knowledge

• Knowledge of Hindi.
• Understanding of Indian/Asian culture and economics.
• Familiarity with IT development or sustainability practices in IT or other industries.
• Knowledge of new technologies.
