A leading private equity-backed IT services firm is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales in Paris to define and implement their go-to-market strategy and drive business development for sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling businesses, excellent leadership skills, and experience in selling IT Managed Services. This is a key role to help steer the group towards an exit in the next two years, offering a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Our client is a well-established, private equity-backed IT Managed Services company with a strong presence across Europe. The business specialises in delivering innovative IT Managed Services and Digital Transformation for customers across all sectors.

They are a €30m revenue, 140 employee subsidiary of a larger group, looking to hire a new, experienced VP Sales, to help steer the group towards an exit in the next two years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement the company’s overall GTM strategy.
  • Drive business development and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Oversee everything GTM and align them with the group’s objectives.
  • Foster an entrepreneurial culture and encourage innovation.
  • Represent the company to key clients and strategic partners.
  • Promote best practices in IT Managed Services and Cloud Solutions sales.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven market experience.
  • Proven track record in scaling businesses and managing mid-sized teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong adaptability.
  • Ability to work within a group and collaborate across entities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A knowledge of the cloud market, and open source in particular, is a real plus.
  • Experience in selling IT Managed Services is mandatory importance
