A manufacturing company in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté is looking for a skilled maintenance technician to perform complex maintenance and optimize production tools. You will also train colleagues and contribute to the development of new and improved tooling. The ideal candidate should have thorough knowledge of maintenance operations and be capable of diagnosing issues effectively.

Finality

Level 1: Carry out complex maintenance work, both curative and preventive, and modifications on production tools, make improvements.

Level 2 & 3 : Plan, organize and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on tools in production

Train colleagues and participate in the development of new tooling and the improvement of existing tooling

Main Missions

• Level 1 - 1 - Carryout maintenance work on production equipment in accordance with the established schedule - Carryout preventive maintenance in accordance with safety instructions and corrective maintenance on production equipment, Controlthe conformity of the work carried out in relation to the standards of the trade 2 - Carryout improvement and modification work on the tools in compliance with the safety instructions and the procedures in force - Suggestand carryout technical and mechanical improvements to tools to optimize their operation - Modifietools according to customer requests - Carryout modifications requested internally 3 - Ensurethe cleanliness of his/her work area and the quality of his/her work - Ensurethe reception and tidying of tools if necessary, Controlthe quality of his/her work, respectthe flow of moulds and ensurethe flow of the mould at the end of the work - Participatein the diagnosis of anomalies, breakdowns, failures of the means of production
• LEVEL 2 - 1- Organize, plan and ensurepreventive and curative maintenance level 2 and 3, adjustment, Preparea schedule of preventive interventions and distributes the instructions - Placeorders for spare parts on the computer system - Ensurethe supply of spare parts within the framework of a Preventive Maintenance Plan - Carryout the necessary adjustments and upgrade of the tools in compliance with the tolerances - Ensure the correct operation of the tools during production and interveneas soon as necessary - Ensurethe recording of the maintenance schedule on the computer system - Ensurethe maintenance of the tools in the system - Ensurethe recording of interventions carried out on the tools on follow-up sheets to allow traceability of the interventions 2 - Carryout improvement and modification work on the tools while respecting the safety instructions and the procedures in force - Carryout the improvements requested on the tools in order to improve the quality of the products - Carry out the improvements requested on the tools to allow a fast assembly on press - Proposeand carryout the technical and mechanical improvements of the tools to optimize their operation 3 - Ensurethe expertise in a speciality - Carryout the analysis and the diagnosis of the tools of its field of expertise in term of ergonomics - Organize, Proposeand implementappropriate corrective actions - Carryout the analysis of micro-failures, proposeand implementappropriate solutions - Proposeimprovement plans - Participatein the choice of improvement actions and implements them
• LEVEL 3 - 1 - Ensurethat preventive maintenance constraints are taken into account for new tools to be installed - Proposesolutions allowing from the beginning the taking into account of the constraints of maintenance within the framework of the design and the installation of new tools and production process - Leadhis/hercolleagues in his/her speciality and coordinates their missions for the actions to be carried out
