Une entreprise dans le secteur des gaz industriels recherche un technicien pour son site à Grande-Synthe. Ce poste nécessite de gérer l'exploitation et la maintenance des installations, tout en assurant la conformité avec les normes de sécurité. Le candidat idéal possède une formation Bac+2 en instrumentation ou en mécatronique, et une expérience dans le domaine. Vous serez impliqué dans l'optimisation des coûts d'exploitation, l'analyse des dysfonctionnements, et le travail d'équipe est essentiel pour réussir dans ce rôle.

Qualifications

  • Bac+2 en instrumentation, mécanique ou electrotechnique requis.
  • Expérience dans l'industrie des gaz ou pétrochimie souhaitée.
  • Expérience en opération d'unités et systèmes de contrôle préférée.

Responsabilités

  • Opérer les unités de production et réaliser la maintenance conformément aux normes de sécurité et de qualité.
  • Effectuer la maintenance préventive et systématique des installations.
  • Contribuer à la continuité des opérations par le travail d'équipe.

Description du poste

Air Liquide France Industrie handles the production and marketing of industrial gases in France, with four main business lines: Large Industry, Industrial Merchant, Electronics, and Hydrogen. The subsidiary employs 2,400 people across 58 sites and serves over 200,000 customers, from artisans to petrochemical manufacturers, laboratories to semiconductor and metallurgy industries.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Grande-Synthe site produces oxygen, nitrogen, argon, krypton, xenon, neon, and compressed air for industrial clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Operating production units and performing local maintenance in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Ensuring the proper functioning of installations (availability, automation, reliability, degraded mode operation).
  • Contributing to customer satisfaction and industrial efficiency by ensuring reliable installations and optimizing operational expenses (energy, raw materials, emissions, maintenance).
  • Participating in plant continuity (on-call duty).
Maintenance Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance on site installations, especially in instrumentation/analysis (knowledge in mechanics, electrical engineering, or YOKOGAWA programming is a plus).
  • Plan, coordinate, supervise, and accept maintenance operations in collaboration with external companies and authorized organizations.
  • React to daily malfunctions, analyze, and eliminate recurrent issues.
  • Develop, consolidate, and monitor preventive and systematic maintenance actions using GMAO MAXIMO for anticipation and traceability.
  • Conduct diagnostics, participate in incident analysis, and implement action plans.
  • Assist in major maintenance shutdowns.

After training, you may join the on-call team based on site needs.

Operations Responsibilities
  • Operate production units from the control room.
  • Diagnose malfunctions by analyzing control programs.
  • Participate in process control programs based on functional analyses.
  • Ensure equipment runs smoothly, perform on-site operations (start/stop machines, lockout/tagout, sampling, parameter monitoring).
  • Conduct rounds.
Are you a MATCH?

Profile and skills:

  • Technical Bac+2 (DUT/BTS GEII) in instrumentation (e.g., BTS CIRA), mechanics, or electrical engineering.
  • Experience in the gas, chemical, or petrochemical industry.
  • Versatility and eagerness to acquire new skills are key to success in maintenance and operations roles.
  • Experience in unit operation and control systems is preferred.
  • Strong safety focus and customer service orientation.
  • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
  • Ability to handle unforeseen situations.
Additional Information

Location: France / Hauts-de-France / Grande-Synthe

Residence within 30 minutes of the site is required due to on-call duties.
