The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a client-facing role, experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, and proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes. You'll work remotely as part of a global team focused on customer satisfaction and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing engineering or technical role involving complex software/products.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing Python or R code.
  • Experience with log analysis, debugging, and error reproduction.

  • Assist EMEA and global customers in resolving technical issues with Dataiku via various communication channels.
  • Coordinate with R&D to resolve complex issues and share customer feedback for product improvements.

What to know about the Dataiku Support Team

At Dataiku, the Support organization is a fully remote team focused on enabling our customers and helping them work through any technical issues or questions related to our Everyday AI Platform (DSS). We are a rapidly scaling and globally distributed team with members spanning 10 countries across 3 major continents. Our goal is to build out an enterprise-grade global support function as we continue to grow.

How you'll make an impact

We are looking for an experienced technical support engineer comfortable working in a complex and dynamic environment. You will contribute to the growth of our global support team by helping our EMEA and worldwide customers resolve technical issues with Dataiku, such as installation, security, and integration with big data technologies. You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Expected outcomes for this role
  • Assist EMEA and global customers in resolving technical issues with Dataiku via various communication channels
  • Coordinate with R&D to resolve complex issues and share customer feedback for product improvements
  • Work with customer-facing teams to escalate or reroute issues, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Document technical knowledge through articles and contribute to knowledge bases or forums
  • Support other team activities in a fast-paced, startup environment
What you'll need to be successful
  • At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing engineering or technical role involving complex software/products
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Collaborative mindset focused on teamwork
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in log analysis, debugging, error reproduction
  • Proficiency with Unix-based operating systems
  • Experience with relational databases or data warehouses like Snowflake and SQL
  • Ability to read and write Python or R code
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
  • Experience with authentication systems like LDAP, SAML, Kerberos
  • Experience with ML models and LLMs
