We are looking for amazing talents to join Dedales HR team to identify and recruit the best talent to help us growing exponentially!

As a Talent Acquisition specialist you will play a critical role in driving our strategic growth and success focusing on delivering outstanding candidates for all non-tech and tech positions in addition this role is also responsible for contributing to different projects and initiative at the global level.

Your Responsibility :

Responsibilities

Global Talent Acquisition (80 percent)

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and facilitating offers for open positions across various business areas.
  • Use creativity and persistence to source candidates in competitive talent pool to build a strong talent pipeline in different expertise
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including hiring managers and VPs to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business job responsibilities and the required competencies skills and knowledge for successful applicants.
  • Master our internal applicant tracking system (Ashby) to maintain candidate data and post job openings

Strategic projects (20 percent)

  • Contribute the execution of strategic HR projects on a global scale including but not limited to : Global Onboarding Global Talent Management Training and Development Engagement Surveys and Global Retention initiatives
