About the Role
Were looking for a driven and commercially minded individual with strong B2B and business development acumen to join our team. This is a 360° consulting role with a sharp focus on recruitment, client acquisition and partnerships. If you have a knack for opening doors, identifying business opportunities, and creating genuine relationships, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Lead & Grow New Business
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients across diverse industries
- Develop tailored recruitment solutions and pitch them to C-level executives and decision-makers
- Build and leverage networks through cold and warm outreach, events, and partnerships
- Reverse-market high-potential candidates to open new conversations
- Own your sales funnel and track pipeline activity in our CRM
Client & Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients
- Deep-dive into clients business challenges and tailor solutions accordingly
- Foster long-term relationships and unlock additional revenue opportunities
- Deliver high-quality recruitment and consulting services
Sourcing & Talent Advisory
- Learn and develop skills in sourcing, shortlisting, and candidate engagement
- Match top talent with client needs – end to end recruitment
- Offer market intelligence and hiring advice to clients
Market Engagement
- Stay up to date on trends, talent movements, and business shifts across sectors
- Attend industry events and represent the Polyglot brand with professionalism and insight
- Collaborate internally with marketing and other consultants to amplify your outreach
About You
- Were looking for someone with recruitment experience, complemented by strong business development skills. This is a 360-degree role, so you must be able to demonstrate your success in both client acquisition and candidate placement
- You speak fluent French and English, Spanish, Italian or German is a plus
- Lead Generation – expertise generating leads without reading the yellow pages back to back !
- You have experience in business development, B2B sales, and recruitment
- You love building relationships and identifying growth opportunities
- Youre confident, resilient, and love the thrill of landing new clients
- Youre motivated by KPIs and know how to turn activity into results
