Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and help attract top talent to our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs, build effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events)
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on recruitment metrics and hiring progress
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
  • Support employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers on workforce planning and forecasting
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR function
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
  • Strong sourcing skills using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
  • Understanding of employment laws and best practices in hiring
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting across multiple geographies or functions
  • Background in both agency and in-house recruitment (a plus)
