Description du poste

Execute procurement operations within the Sales Activation portfolio assigned: the global sourcing strategy and roadmap.

Analyze needs, vendor portfolio, spend patterns and SLA, business, vendor and market insights to prepare his/her category portfolio sourcing events and secure service quality and satisfactory execution of the services. Collaborate with business functions to ensure deep understanding of their needs and identify optimization opportunities to deliver against business performance and savings ambitions. Execute the Sales Activation roadmap and assist the Global Procurement Category Director and the local procurement teams in the development, execution and compliance of the Procurement Policy and procedures. Executes efficient internal processes and maintains structured communication with global functions and affiliates.

Your key missions:
Strategy:
  • Execute the global strategy across all markets, develop mid-term portfolio strategy and roadmap to deliver objectives, collect and share suppliers & market insights
  • Actively collaborate with global and local business and procurement to deliver the business needs and the overall sourcing process, ways of working, best practices, policies
  • Implement plans, follow closely with affiliates on identified local initiatives, provide escalation support to find solutions
  • Execute the contracting strategy and assist in building the category S&R and SRM roadmap
  • Understand market dynamics and secure good supplier intelligence and innovations.
Operational:
  • Support the negotiation process, by providing strong analysis, potential supplier identification, sourcing base development, and business allocation decisions
  • Support the Global Category Director in managing supplier relationships, act as an interface and build strong relationships, ensure day to day contract management. Organize
  • Business Reviews, summarize levels of performance and subsequent penalties / rewards as dictated by the commercial terms of contract and the SRM program
  • Manage demand and identify performance opportunities by challenging business requests. Collaborate, develop relationships and take feedback from operational internal stakeholders, understand their needs and align strategies accordingly. Enforce procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure optimization and cost efficiency.
Performance & management:
  • Identify new opportunities to reach category objectives and anticipate risks which might hinder realization of agreed targets
  • Ensure the follow-up of the relationship with suppliers, monitoring internal and external progress plans
  • Provide Management with reports as requested including but not limited to summarising key activities and issues, governance, S&R savings, and improvements achieved
  • Be an active member of the procurement community: participate in the sharing of best practices and improvement of various documents (benchmarks, guidelines, monitoring purchasing performance…)

  • You have +5 years' Procurement experience in Events, Activation, Sponsorships projects negotiations
  • You have experience of sourcing processes and methodologies, analytics and cost models.
  • You are experienced in analyzing spend, needs, KPI and building/realization of category strategy in an autonomous position
  • You are fluent in English and french
  • You are a strong negotiator, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • You are an excellent communication skills: verbal and presenting
  • You can collaborate with cross-disciplinary global and teams, strong stakeholder management & alignment capability
  • You are performance driven, ability to deliver objectives in the context of time pressure
