A leading banking sector service provider in Angers is looking for a Trilingual Support Technician to provide remote IT support. The role involves assisting users and resolving incidents in French, English, and German. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of experience in technical support and strong customer service skills. HELPLINE is recruiting for one of its clients, a leader in the banking sector, for a Trilingual Support Technician (French / English / German) (H / F).
Within a team, you will be responsible for the following missions:
You will provide remote support for users experiencing incidents related to company IT tools (desktops, office software).
Your typical day will involve answering user calls or email inquiries, qualifying and diagnosing incidents, resolving them remotely, or transferring requests to a specialized technician team if necessary. You will ensure follow-up until incidents are closed.
The company offers training and support through an integration and training campus dedicated to this client context.
Qualifications:
With an IT background or self-taught, you have at least 1 or 2 years of experience in technical support for users.
The sense of service and customer satisfaction are important to you.
Working in an open-space environment, being on the phone, and being part of a team define your preferred work environment.
You speak fluently:
