Purpose of the Program

The Young Talent Program is designed to attract ambitious junior professionals eager to break into the gaming industry. This is a full-time, permanent role (CDI contract) — not an internship. It provides the opportunity to:

  • Gain a 360° view of the gaming business, from product and publishing to marketing, user acquisition, and data.
  • Work on strategic projects with real company impact, not just side tasks.
  • Discover your strengths and passions before specializing in a department after 6–12 months.
Meet the Team

You will be working alongside and reporting to our Chief of Staff, driving key initiatives that impact the growth and success of Homa. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-level strategic projects across multiple departments and to interact with senior leadership, including our CEO and other C-level executives.

As part of the Young Talent Program, you will gain a 360° vision of the gaming industry, contributing to projects that matter for the company. After 6–12 months, based on your strengths and interests, you will have the opportunity to specialize in a permanent role within one of our teams (Publishing, UA, Product, Marketing, Data, etc.).

Mission

You will play a pivotal role in directly supporting our executive team on high-impact missions within the gaming industry. This is a unique chance to learn, grow, and put your passion for gaming into practice by working on strategic planning, market analysis, and cross-functional initiatives. Your missions will include:

  • Cross-Functional Contribution: Collaborate with leadership and teams on projects spanning multiple departments.
  • Strategic Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking in gaming/mobile gaming to support executive decision-making.
  • Operational Improvement: Coordinate and drive operational projects that deliver measurable impact across the company.
  • Strategy & Operations: Support strategic roll-outs and help implement improvements aligned with company objectives.
  • Communication & Reporting: Build strategic materials, contribute to reporting, and represent executives in key internal and external communications.

Requirements

We are looking for motivated, curious, and passionate individuals eager to kickstart their career in gaming. You don’t need years of experience — what matters most is your hunger to learn, grow, and make an impact.

  • Recent graduate in Business, Engineering, Strategy, Finance, or related fields
  • Prior internship or first professional experience in gaming, consulting, finance, or tech is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and research skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Proactive, autonomous, and highly organized
  • Fluency in English (French is a strong advantage, not required)
  • Based in Paris and available to work on-site
