The Young Talent Program is designed to attract ambitious junior professionals eager to break into the gaming industry. This is a full-time, permanent role (CDI contract) — not an internship. It provides the opportunity to:
You will be working alongside and reporting to our Chief of Staff, driving key initiatives that impact the growth and success of Homa. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-level strategic projects across multiple departments and to interact with senior leadership, including our CEO and other C-level executives.
As part of the Young Talent Program, you will gain a 360° vision of the gaming industry, contributing to projects that matter for the company. After 6–12 months, based on your strengths and interests, you will have the opportunity to specialize in a permanent role within one of our teams (Publishing, UA, Product, Marketing, Data, etc.).
You will play a pivotal role in directly supporting our executive team on high-impact missions within the gaming industry. This is a unique chance to learn, grow, and put your passion for gaming into practice by working on strategic planning, market analysis, and cross-functional initiatives. Your missions will include:
