A global technology company located in Massy is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support business units and functions across France and Belgium. The ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial contracts and strong negotiation and communication skills in both French and English. Responsibilities include advising on legal matters, negotiating contracts, and coordinating litigation efforts. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in a major law firm and/or in-house at a multinational company focused on commercial contracts.
• Experience in complex IT services contracts valued.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Act as legal advisor to management, sales, and business clients.
• Negotiate, draft, and review complex IT agreements.
• Provide proactive and business-oriented legal advice.
• Coordinate and advise in disputes and litigation matters.
• Participate in the law department's activities and develop best practices.
