A family-owned global diagnostics company is seeking a Director of People Partners in Marcy-l'Étoile. In this strategic role, you will lead a team of 11 People Partners, supporting HR policies and enhancing organizational performance. Ideal candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Human Resources, at least 10 years of HR experience including team management, and excellent skills in leadership, communication, and a strong customer focus. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in generalist HR roles, including significant experience in team management.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, develop, and unite a team of 11 People Partners.
• Ensure the application of global and France-specific HR processes.
• Collaborate with the France Labor Relations department on compliance.
• Support the People Partners in transformation projects.
• Analyze key HR indicators and propose action plans.
• Work closely with other HR team members for alignment.
