Responsabilités

  • Lead and develop a team of 5 direct reports and 18 total.
  • Define and implement AR strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Drive negotiations and discussions with unions and works councils.
  • Collaborate with P&O Heads and segment leadership teams.
  • Anticipate future social needs and translate them into priorities.
  • Oversee organizational change and development initiatives.
  • Resolve complex workplace issues and ensure compliance.
  • Contribute to the European AR team and best practice sharing.
  • Champion an inclusive and values-driven workplace.
