A biopharmaceutical company in Paris seeks a Head of Commercial to lead all commercial activities across France and Benelux, driving strategy, sales, and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive pharmaceutical leadership experience, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to inspire teams. This role includes monitoring market dynamics, developing commercial strategies, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Competitive candidates will ideally have knowledge of cardiology and rare diseases.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical commercial leadership in France; knowledge of Benelux healthcare systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 10 years experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing or commercial leadership roles.
• Ideally experience in cardiology or rare diseases.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire and drive high-performing teams with experience in matrixed and cross-functional collaboration.

• Define and execute commercial strategy for France & Benelux.
• Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams.
• Own the France & Benelux commercial P&L.
• Act as company ambassador with key stakeholders.
