Purpose of the job

The HR Trainee will provide day‑to‑day support to the Corporate HR Department, actively contributing to various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, data management, reporting, employee engagement, and HR process improvement.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn about global HR practices, develop key HR competencies and gain exposure to international HR operations within a fast‑paced and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration & Data Management
  • Assist with maintaining and updating HR databases, dashboards, and organizational charts.
  • Participate in the preparation of HR reporting and analytics (headcount, turnover, training hours, etc.).
  • Participate in the organization of internal events, such as HR seminars, workshops, or employee engagement activities.
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist in publishing job offers and scheduling interviews.
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new hires: preparation of welcome kits, coordination of IT and office setup, scheduling of induction meetings.
  • Contribute to the improvement of candidate and employee experience.
Training & Development
  • Assist in the coordination of training programs, including registration, logistics, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
  • Support the development and communication of learning materials and internal HR initiatives.
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
  • Support HR process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in ad‑hoc HR projects such as global policy harmonization, employer branding or HR systems development.
  • Contribute to the digitalization of HR processes.
Requirements
  • End of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Internship agreement or eligibility for a traineeship contract is required.
  • Previous internship or academic experience in HR.
  • Strong command of both English and French with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and demonstrate strong situational awareness.
  • Highly attentive to detail, rigorous, and precise.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and ensure full compliance with legal standards on personal data management.
Important information

This role is based in Monaco. A residential address in Alpes‑Maritimes (06) is required.
