Profile
Within multidisciplinary teams at our clients, you will lead Salesforce consulting and implementation missions on complete project cycles. As a key player in our clients\' digital transformation, you identify business issues and translate them into integrated Salesforce solutions. Your scope of intervention includes:
- Project management, monitoring of schedules and deliverables, risk management, project reporting.
- Team management (on-site / remote / nearshore).
- Framing, client workshop facilitation, gathering and formalization of needs, modeling of target processes.
- Design of Salesforce CRM, design papers and patterns, specification writing, demonstration of prototypes.
- Submission of recommendations and best practices concerning customer and user experience, business processes, functional architecture, and tool adoption.
- Implementation of complex Salesforce projects, multi-cloud and integrated with clients\' IS.
- Extension of CRM through the implementation of AppExchanges and partner solutions.
- Supervision of the drafting and execution of test scenarios.
- User training and change management.
- Contribution to pre-sales and technological watch around Salesforce solutions.
- Mentorship and coaching of less experienced colleagues.
Required skills
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce CRM implementation.
- You have advanced knowledge of sales, customer service, and/or digital marketing processes.
- You have good proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
- You have perfect mastery of office tools.
- You hold one or more Salesforce certifications.
