We’re looking for a motivated Social Media Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves social platforms, understands digital behavior, and enjoys turning data into actionable learnings. You’ll help ideate and evaluate content, track emerging trends, schedule content across channels, and support overall social strategy for our major IPs - Pocoyo, Heykids, Rabbids & Maya The Bee.

Responsibilities
  • Community Engagement: Help monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to support community building and brand engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing social media metrics to evaluate organic performance and campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Dashboard Building: Help build, update, and maintain social media performance dashboards to clearly visualize metrics, track growth, and support data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook and TikTok using native scheduling features.
  • Content Ideation & Creation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop fresh, engaging content ideas and use tools like CapCut for quick edits.

After 30 Days At Animaj

  • Build a strong grasp of the audience and goals behind each IP to better understand the social media strategy specific to each IP.
  • Build a strong understanding of the kids’ content landscape on social media.
  • Learn the different content formats tailored to each platform.
  • Get comfortable with scheduling and creating content snippets using video editing tools like CapCut / Canva.

After 90 Days At Animaj

  • Independently schedule posts across platforms.
  • Seamlessly help create platform‑specific content using Canva and CapCut.
  • Analyze social media data to uncover patterns and actionable insights and enhance dashboards.
  • Build a deep awareness of the company’s objectives and key results to guide the strategic direction of social media efforts.
  • Deepen your expertise in the kids’ content space and its unique dynamics.

After 6 months At Animaj

  • Proficiently forecast social trends and analyze social media data using benchmarking to optimize performance.
  • Autonomously update dashboards and identify new KPIs that can help guide the content strategy for each IP.
  • Proficiently create visual reports to present key data insights clearly and effectively.
  • Learn how to maintain strong relationships with other teams & partners / licensees through collaborative social media strategies.
  • Sharpen quick editing skills across Canva and CapCut.
Required Skills
  • Good level of English, as it is the working language.
  • Bilingual in English + Spanish is vital.
  • Good level of French is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, and social media management tools.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and the backends (Instagram, Facebook + Meta Business Suite, TikTok + TikTok Studio).
  • Interest in data analysis and performance marketing.
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
