A leading cybersecurity service provider is looking for an experienced Penetration Tester to deliver advanced security assessments and manage a small team. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience, strong technical skills in information security, and excellent communication abilities. We're looking for a Penetration Tester with at least 5 years of real‑world professional experience, fully independent, with consultancy and tutoring skills and experience. Previous experience in management is strongly recommended.
In this role, you'll support and deliver testing projects (web, infra, cloud, AD, and mobile and not limited to), guided by experienced technical leaders. You'll be involved in pre‑sales activities, travelling onsite on customer environments and delivering high quality services.
As a Pentest manager, you will deliver advanced penetration testing and security assessments across a wide range of environments and technologies. You will also contribute to internal capability development, collaborate with other departments, and represent Integrity360 in client engagements and technical forums.
You will be responsible for managing a small team of consultants within the Offensive Security division. You will ensure the success of various missions by ensuring the quality of deliverables. You will also be responsible for developing the skills and monitoring your consultants.
This role blends deep technical expertise with excellent communication and documentation skills.
