Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of 30–40 engineers across multiple countries.
  • Lead monthly service reviews with customers and weekly IT Ops meetings.
  • Act as the key customer contact for service delivery matters.
  • Drive operational performance, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and support for engineers.
  • Be on-site in Toulouse 3 days per week (flexibility included).
Skills/Must have
  • Strong background in Service Delivery, Operations, or Team Management.
  • Proven experience managing large engineering teams (30+).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational ability to handle day-to-day delivery and customer demands.
  • Fluency in English; French is a strong advantage.
