We are looking for our future Senior Web Experience Strategy & UX Specialist for EMEA to join our Global Digital Marketing team.

The role is located in Dublin, Ireland or Lyon, France.

The Resmed Global Marketing team orchestrates campaigns, programs, and experiences for a variety of external audiences.

This role, Senior Web Experience Strategy & UX Specialist, is focused on advancing our web experience capabilities and driving innovation across our global web ecosystem, with a particular emphasis on the Healthcare Provider audience as Consumer Audience in the EMEA region.


This is a high-impact individual contributor role within our Web Experience team, charged with identifying new functionality, informing our platform evolution, and partnering across Marketing and Technology to shape the future of our website capabilities.

This role is ideal for a senior digital strategist and technologist who brings a deep understanding of enterprise website platforms, a strong vision for the role of websites in B2B and B2C journeys, and a hunger to drive forward site functionality, analytics maturity, and audience engagement.

You will work closely with Americas and EMEA Web Experience Strategy & UX teams to align on global WebX solutions and roadmaps and you will work on a daily basis with EMEA web content specialists and UX/UI experts to deploy solution in your region.


You’ll collaborate deeply with MarTech, Creative, Brand, Corporate Communications, Analytics, and Global Audience Strategy colleagues to ensure new capabilities are feasible, impactful, and compliant—helping to modernize how we engage our B2B and B2C audiences through digital platforms.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Regional Strategic Leadership: Act as a strong EMEA WebX partner and support our strategic roadmap (PODs, regional & projects) for both provider and consumer audiences as well as Brand & Corp Com, focusing on discoverability, usability, personalization, and engagement
  • Innovation & Experimentation: Lead the exploration of new web capabilities such as interactive tools, dynamic content, and advanced analytics integrations
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand, Analytics, Creative, MarTech, and other teams to align features with user needs and business goals
  • UX Optimization & CRO: Optimize customer journeys to ensure smooth and engaging navigation. Promote best practices in SEO, mobile-first design, CRO and agile experimentation frameworks
  • Trend Monitoring & Compliance: Stay ahead of web trends , ensuring all initiatives meet web design trends, as well as privacy, accessibility, and compliance standards
  • Analytics focus: Help scale web performance best practices across our websites with an emphasis on technical SEO, page speed, and mobile-first experiences. Advocate for a measurable, modular, and agile approach to advancing Resmed’s web experience stack
Your qualification, skills and experience :
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, or product management, with a strong focus on enterprise website platforms and capabilities
  • Experience developing and influencing technical roadmaps for large-scale websites
  • Deep knowledge of modern web experience capabilities including site personalization, CMS modules, digital self-service, and user journey architecture
  • Familiarity with platforms and tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Manager, A/B Tasty, GA360, Looker, and DataDog.
  • Proven success in driving cross-functional collaboration without direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of privacy, accessibility, and compliance requirements in regulated industries.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills—able to translate complexity into actionable strategic direction.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and experimentation frameworks is preferred
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
