Who We’re Looking For
- A reward expert with deep public sector experience (local government etc)
- A consulting pro who thrives on complexity and stakeholder management
- Fluent in French and English (bonus points for other EU languages)
- Skilled in Excel, data tools, and reward architecture design
- Comfortable with Works Council or union environments
- A confident communicator with a sharp analytical mind and a collaborative spirit
