📢 You will join our Technical and Innovation Centre in Lesquin.

You will oversee the technical work involved in the CRH Group's European R&D projects.

You will carry out business assistance studies for the technical centre's clients.

🔎 Your main responsibilities will be as follows :

• You will be responsible for ensuring successfully implementation of all stages of the technical aspects of the R&D projects under your responsibility, from technical scoping to pilot deployment in conjunction with the factories. You will work closely with all stakeholders at the R&D centre and the group's subsidiaries sponsoring the projects (program manager, laboratory manager, marketing / sales, the group's central technical team, internal and / or external customers, business assistance experts, etc.). You will be the technical link for external or academic partnerships established as part of the projects for which you are responsible.
• In terms of business assistance, you will contribute to defining and drawing up the specifications for the studies for which you have technical responsibility (experimentation plan, test results, technical report, and customer support).
• Consulting / Monitoring : you provide technological developments and keep yourself constantly informed of techniques and other developments that may impact our group's offering and activity, in order to ensure internal sharing.
• You represent the group in technical committees or internal technical coordination groups.

🚀Profile :

You hold a degree in Physics / Chemistry Engineering, supplemented by a PhD.

You have solid experience (minimum 8-10 years) in research and development in mineral chemistry or construction materials / admixture chemistry.

A focus on materials valorization is a plus.

You also have experience working in project mode.

Your english is fluent (minimum level C1).
