Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Senior Product Manager, Video to join our team and play a critical role. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.

What You’ll Do

• Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DVB Native IP/Satellite Streaming and 5G broadcast solutions within the broader video portfolio
  • Conduct competitive analysis and assess customer needs to identify opportunities and unmet needs
  • Translate market insights and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and use cases; prioritize features based on value, feasibility, and demand
• Product Development & Execution
  • Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, working with engineering teams in an agile environment
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
• Go-to-Market Strategy & Enablement
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for new products and features with marketing and sales
  • Create compelling product messaging and positioning for target customers
  • Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise and participating in customer presentations and demonstrations
• Market & Technology Expertise
  • Stay informed on trends in video technology, DVB standards, broadcasting & streaming, and 5G broadcast
  • Understand competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation
  • Evaluate new technologies and their potential applications within Eutelsat’s video offerings

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the video industry
• Deep understanding of video delivery technologies, including DVB standards, IP networking, streaming protocols (HLS, DASH), and CDNs
• Strong knowledge of 5G broadcast technologies and their potential applications in the media industry is highly desirable
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international team environment
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French or other European languages is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally
