We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join a leading consulting firm in Paris and lead strategic and transformation projects for top-tier insurance clients. The ideal candidate will combine deep industry expertise with strong project leadership skills to deliver high-impact change across business, operations, and technology functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic transformation programs within the insurance sector (life, non-life, health, or reinsurance).
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery — from scoping and design to implementation and change management.
  • Advise clients on operating model optimization, process reengineering, and digital transformation.
  • Drive initiatives around regulatory compliance, risk management, and performance improvement.
  • Supervise and mentor consulting teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Support business development by contributing to proposals, thought leadership, and client relationship management.
Profile
  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–15 years of experience in consulting or insurance, including project and program management.
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations, regulation, and transformation challenges.
  • Proven track record delivering complex change initiatives in a client-facing environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
