A leading international engineering firm is seeking an experienced HR Digital Project Manager to support the implementation and development of their EARTH HCM project. The role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, digital HR solutions, and strong interpersonal skills. Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience and fluency in English. This is a full-time position based in Paris, with no remote work available.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the required field.
  • Knowledge of digital HR solutions (ideal: Oracle / Smartrecruiters).
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilités

  • Support HR Digital Director in deploying the EARTH HCM project.
  • Analyze HR process change requests and manage deployment.
  • Organize business testing and monitor non-conformities.

Description du poste

As HR Digital Project Manager you will support the Digital HR Director in the implementation deployment and subsequent development of the Egis Groups EARTH HCM project.

In this role you will have multiple responsibilities :

Analysis of requests for HR process changes
  • Analysis of new needs and / or developments in HR process digitalization in collaboration with business experts;
  • Formalization of new needs and functional requirements by establishing business specifications / user stories in collaboration with the IT department;
Management of the deployment of various HR process campaigns
  • Monitoring of requests for changes to the solutions repositories in collaboration with the IT department to measure the impacts;

Enforcement of defined access rights and profile types.

Organization of Business Testing
  • Proposal of test scenarios identification of datasets user support during testing collection of results and feedback to the IT department for implementation of fixes;
  • Monitoring non-conformities with functional requirements supporting users / key users in collaboration with the IT project team;

Preparing acceptance files to secure Go / No Go decisions.

Adoption of solutions and upgrades
  • Developing / monitoring the change management plan;
  • Identifying activities / functions impacted by the change in collaboration with stakeholders;
  • Defining the most appropriate change management plans in terms of communication (in conjunction with the Communications Department and Change teams) and user support;
  • Monitoring / organizing training on integrated tools and processes;
  • Defining the training plan (in conjunction with the Training Department);
  • Potentially leading training sessions;
  • Creating materials for trainers and users;
  • Preparing targeted communications by type of population concerned;
  • Updating and continuously improving all support materials for adopting the solution (User Guide Guided Learning Glossary Elqano Chatbot Tutorials etc.);

Producing reports to measure the effectiveness of the change management plan and analyzing them to adapt action plans accordingly.

Functional support for users

Providing local functional support to users related to the solutions functional uses via key users

Professional expertise related to the flow of a process and its configuration in the solutions

Providing support
  • Animating key user communities (exchanging best practices; providing information on upcoming developments etc.);

Producing deployment progress reports for the HR department to measure the adoption of EARTH HCM solutions.

Data Quality / Completeness

Supports the Data Exploitation or IT teams who can identify data gaps and errors and work with entities to correct or complete the data with the aim of educating end users on how to use the solution properly.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in the required field

Knowledge of HR processes essential

Knowledge of digital HR solutions (Oracle / Smartrecruiters ideally)

Good knowledge of office tools (Excel PowerPoint Teams etc.)

Ability to formalize specifications (expression of needs)

Fluency in English essential

Proficiency in Spanish and / or Portuguese would be a plus
