We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Manager for our Swiss and French manufacturing facilities. The role will provide strategic expertise and consultation in the areas of organizational design & transformation, change management, strategic workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement and retention, talent development, coaching, and support of multiple time‑bound initiatives throughout the year. You will partner with manufacturing leaders to build strong teams and engage employees, bringing experience and expertise to the table, while closely collaborating with HR Centers of Expertise to drive solutions. You will utilize your HR expertise to develop strong relationships with site leaders to drive business results.
This role is a direct manufacturing site support role located onsite in our SMO, Swiss Manufacturing Organization in Tolochenaz but travelling frequently to the French sites as well.
As a key leader in the manufacturing site leadership teams, you will be integral to the overall success of the sites to include not just people metrics, but also safety, quality, service and cost. The HRBP is the primary point of contact responsible for advancing and operationalizing the HR model in partnership with GLS, HRSSC, CoEs’ etc. Putting patient safety first, upholding product quality, and maintaining the highest ethical standards in our business relationships and programs are central to everything that we do in Global Manufacturing.
Hybrid supporting: Swiss manufacturing site (SMO) and French Manufacturing sites (Trévoux, Grenoble, Fourmies and Medicrea).

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a results‑oriented approach, strong influencing skills, and the ability to build authentic relationships. A solution‑oriented mindset, critical thinking, and experience in global matrix environments are essential. Flexibility and adaptability to industry changes are required, along with proven coaching and consulting abilities to manage complex stakeholder relationships effectively. This position offers a strategic opportunity to drive talent management initiatives within the organization.
