Project description

Our partner is set on revolutionizing the world of temporary job recruitment globally. Since its founding six years ago, they have experienced a phase of hypergrowth in Europe. Now, they are preparing to expand into the U.S. The project's ecosystem consists of workers (people seeking jobs), partners (franchisees within the partner’s network who recruit workers for clients in specific geographic areas), and clients (small, medium, and large companies looking for workers). There are 3 products – a mobile app for workers, and 2 web applications for partners and clients to find, hire, enroll and serve workers for specific missions.

Technical stack

Node.js, React, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Elastic Search.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript;
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and Express;
• 3+ years of experience working with React.js.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL/SQL databases;
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch;
• Exposure to tools like GitHub, Heroku, AWS, Docker, ELK stack, CircleCI, and BrowserStack.

Soft Skills & Working Style

• Solid communication skills in English (B2 level or higher) for daily collaboration with an international team;
• Proactive attitude and a positive mindset;
• Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment;
• Comfortable with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban);

Location

• Based within 3–4 hours of Paris time (maximum CET+4 / GMT+5).
