We’re Hiring: Senior Field Sales Representative – Lille

We’re now looking for Senior Field Sales Representatives in Lille who are ready to own their market, lead by example, and grow fast into a Territory Manager role.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive field sales: Acquire new merchants across Lille by selling SumUp’s POS and card reader solutions face-to‑face.
  • Lead with impact: Manage and develop your area, identifying growth opportunities and scaling merchant acquisition.
  • Coach and grow a team: Recruit, train, and support a team of field sales representatives (CDI contracts).
  • Shape the local strategy: Share feedback from the field to improve our go‑to‑market approach and test new ideas that drive real results.
What We’re Looking For
  • Have proven experience in field sales, ideally selling POS, payments, telecom, or tech solutions to SMEs.
  • Have experience managing a team of field sales representatives (CDI).
  • Are fluent in French and English.
  • Are highly driven, love closing deals, and are excited to take on leadership responsibilities.
  • Know your local market — or are eager to master it quickly.
  • Bonus: Experience in fintech, SaaS, or merchant tech environments is a strong plus.
