Fluent English is required, and additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Manager to join our Quality leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the key interface between the BU Mounts and the global quality organization, ensuring the highest standards of quality across all projects and products developed in our BU Tech Centers and manufactured worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for all quality-related matters within the BU Mounts.
  • Represent Quality in the global BU organization and leadership team.
  • Manage preventive quality activities throughout the project lifecycle until closure.
  • Support and contribute to all BU projects by ensuring quality-relevant deliverables are met.
  • Ensure integration of lessons learned into new developments (e.g., feasibility studies, D-/P-FMEA, control plans).
  • Collaborate with plant quality teams to ensure smooth and successful product launches.
  • Ensure Initial Risk Reviews (IRR) are completed on time before PPAP submission.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in automotive industry ideally in NVH products.
  • At least 5 years experience in development or quality management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of VC products and manufacturing processes.
  • Expertise in field analysis, claim management, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and quality management tools.
  • Proven experience in global leadership and working in matrix organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and a results-driven approach.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
