Who we are
Surfe is a French startup with an international DNA.
Our team spans more than 10 countries operating in a remote-first environment with a flat management style.
Her’s what defines us
- A mix of French product rigor and international pragmatism.
- The product drives every decision—no useless features, every development has a clear business purpose.
- A small highly engaged 24 members-tech team with autonomy and seniority.
- Radical transparency—everyone has access to real information and can challenge decisions.
- A fluid non-political environment valuing curiosity, speed and the right to fail.
We keep rituals minimal but efficient: focused weekly meetings, few synchronous calls and lots of asynchronous exchanges.
We look for people who love to understand, co‑build, iterate quickly, document and continuously improve.
If you want to work in a company where your impact is visible, valuable and recognised, where egos are left at the door, Surfe is the place to be.
