A rapidly scaling crypto hedge fund in Paris is seeking an experienced Funds Lawyer to join as their sole in-house legal counsel. The role involves leading fund formation, managing regulatory matters, and advising on commercial legal issues. Ideal candidates will be qualified lawyers with 5–10+ years in private funds and strong communication skills. An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to handle complex legal issues in a fast-moving environment are essential. Exposure to crypto and digital assets is beneficial, but not required.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years' experience in private funds or asset management.
• Comfortable working across multi-jurisdictional regulatory regimes.
• Experience with commercial contracts and litigation management.
