Candidates should possess strong communication skills in French, English, and Spanish, and have relevant experience in Performance & Reward management. This position is based in Paris, France.

Qualifications

• Solid experience managing Performance & Reward landscape for France and Spain.
• Expert knowledge of Performance & Reward related HR cycle plan activities.
• Experience building and implementing Performance & Reward programs with a mindset for continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery and deployment of Performance & Reward strategies.
• Use reporting and data analytics to assess current offerings.
• Oversee every-day payroll and pensions operations.
