THE ROLE
Reporting to the Business Services EMEA + Asia regional lead , the South Europe (France, Spain, Italy and CEE countries) Indirect Business Services Business Senior buyer will have the major responsibilities described as follow :
- Lead sourcing initiatives on Business Services categories such as Facilities Management, HR services, Professional Services, Consulting.. for the markets France, Spain, Italy and CEE countries
- Work with relevant partners externally and with internal colleagues (HR, finance and legal) to ensure best in class operational support, at the best possible conditions for Coty.
- Work with Global category leaders and regional category leaders in the development and execution of long-term strategic plans.
- Capable of leading sourcing projects in line with category plan.
- Strategic Supplier Relationship Management of designated suppliers.
- Ensure to Coty and all the internal stakeholders the best ROI for all the sourcing activities managed. Ensure Innovation, Quality, Services and Cost competitiveness.
- Support the business and Procurement to reach their respective objectives.
Major Responsibilities
Deliver required value and benefits for Coty through the entire process, i.e from Sourcing until Purchase-to- pay including SRM.
Supplier Management & Market Knowledge
- Develop & maintain an understanding of the Business services market (suppliers network..) in France, Spain, Italy and CEE countries
- Support global and local change projects, including sourcing initiatives as defined in category plans + contribute to global or regional sourcing strategies
- Capable of handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 Suppliers’ negotiations.
Contractual Documents
- Ensure that all business relationships within the area of responsibility are protected by appropriate contractual documents.
- Support and oversee implementation of contractual documentation for suppliers within area of responsibility in close relationship with internal legal department.
Commercial Negotiations & Sourcing Arrangements
- Perform RFI and RFP
- Develop business cases for the Categories and sub-categories and ensure effective implementation and embedding of the output.
- Implement Operational support to all Key Stakeholders in the different business functions (HR, Finance, Legal and local Procurement) to ensure Global Sourcing strategies implementation and savings collection.
- Develop, review, negotiate and execute complex business agreements and contracts.
Internal Organization
- Develop and Maintain close Relationship with all internal stakeholders of France, Spain, Italy and CEE countries for the categories.
- Ensure internal communication when appropriate.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Profile, Education
- Business and / or Procurement graduate calibre ideally with a post-graduate qualification.
- 5 to 8 years indirect work experience minimum in procurement organization within multinational company, complex and changing, FM and HR category as expertise is a plus
- Autonomous and ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated maturity
