Une entreprise internationale de sécurité recherche un Security Advisor pour protéger le personnel et les actifs dans des environnements à haut risque. Ce rôle stratégique inclut la direction de la préparation aux crises, la réalisation d'audits de sécurité dans des pays difficiles, et le soutien à la direction lors d'incidents critiques. Le candidat idéal possède plus de 10 ans d'expérience en opérations de sécurité, un master en sécurité internationale, et est bilingue en français et en anglais.

Qualifications

• 10+ années d'expérience dans des opérations de sécurité en zones dangereuses.
• Expérience antérieure dans le milieu militaire ou policier souhaitable.
• Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l'anglais, le portugais est un plus.

Description du poste

The Security Advisor plays a key strategic and operational role in protecting the organization's personnel and assets across high-risk environments, with a special focus on MEA, Africa, and LATAM. This senior advisor will lead crisis preparedness and response, perform audits of our security protocols in high-risk countries, coordinate crisis cells ensuring all the records are done and support the Executive Committee during critical incidents. Assess and coordinate POB control.

• Profile: Security / Risk Management
• Minimum level of experience required: 10+ years in corporate, governmental, or international security operations, including dangerous zones.
• Minimum level of education required: Master’s degree or equivalent in International Security, Risk Management, Political Science, or related field.
• Languages: English & French (full professional proficiency) — Portuguese is a plus.
• Preferred profile: Military, law enforcement, or crisis management background.
