• Be an ambitious and results-driven New Business Sales Developer eager to expand Dedalus footprint in Belgium & the Netherlands.
• Be able to identify and secure new business opportunities within the Hospital and Healthcare Technology markets.
• Have a hunter mentality, exceptional networking skills and a great ability to close deals in a competitive market.

Essential Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare technology
• Proven track record of success in new business development and achieving sales targets
• Selling complex technology solutions to the Hospital Marketplace
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to navigate complex sales processes and interact with senior stakeholders
• Passionate about pursuing new opportunities and closing deals
• Driven to achieve results independently and take ownership of tasks
• Thrives in a competitive environment with a focus on solutions
• Works effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver client success

Desirable Requirements

• A degree in business, healthcare or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the Hospital or Healthcare environment, technology and critical care would be a distinct advantage
• Fluent in English and Flemish
