A growing recruitment boutique is looking for a Senior Recruiter specializing in GTM and Enterprise Sales for SaaS. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hiring GTM/Sales profiles and success in fast-growing environments. This role involves managing the recruitment process for approximately 30 roles, partnering with leadership on strategy, and improving recruitment processes. Offered as a full remote position in Europe, this role promises high impact and direct exposure to leadership decisions.

Qualifications

  • Own end-to-end GTM and Sales recruitment process from intake to offer.
  • Fill approximately 30 new roles efficiently.
  • Partner with leadership team on hiring strategy and prioritization.
  • Structure and improve recruitment processes while remaining hands-on.

Stakha is a growing recruitment boutique specializing in tech / product / sales hiring for early‑stage startups (pre‑seed to seed). We are currently supporting one of our seed‑stage clients as they prepare for a major scale‑up phase. The company plans to grow from 30 to 90 people within the next 12 months and is significantly strengthening its Go‑to‑Market / Sales organization across Europe and the US.

Start date : mid‑January

Daily rate : 500 to 550 € HT

What you will do

Role : Senior Recruiter – GTM / Enterprise Sales (SaaS)

Requirements
  • Senior recruiter with strong experience hiring GTM / Sales profiles in enterprise SaaS
  • Proven track record recruiting complex B2B sales profiles
  • Experience supporting fast‑growing startups or scale‑ups
  • Comfortable managing hiring volume and multiple stakeholders
  • Autonomous, structured, and business‑oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English, French is a big plus
Scope
  • Own end‑to‑end GTM and Sales recruitments, from intake to offer
  • Fill approximately 30 new roles
  • Recruit senior profiles with strong experience in enterprise SaaS, consultative sales, long sales cycles and large ACVs
  • Partner closely with the Head of GTM and leadership team on hiring strategy and prioritization
  • Manage hiring volume in a fast‑scaling environment
  • Structure and improve recruitment processes while remaining hands‑on
  • Act as a true extension of the internal team
