Le candidat idéal possède au moins 5 ans d'expérience en Sales Operations, maîtrise Salesforce et se distingue par son esprit d'équipe et ses compétences en communication. Qualifications

Responsabilités

  • Configurer et optimiser Salesforce en collaboration avec l'équipe CRM.

Context Overview

At Signaturit Groupour mission is to simplify and secure our clients’ digital journeys. We automate and secure critical client interactions such as onboarding, customer verification, and contract signing. As part of a scale-up in the RegTech space, we develop SaaS solutions specialized in digital identity security, electronic signatures, and fraud prevention.

Our platform enables businesses to enhance their client experience with solutions in:

  • Electronic Signature: digitization and automation of signing processes
  • KYC & ID Verification: online identity and document verification with AI and machine learning

What you will do at Signaturit

We are looking for a Sales Opsto support our growing sales team and help drive operational excellence. You will play a key role in optimizing our CRM tools, enhancing sales processes, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Your missions:

CRM and Prospecting Tools Management:

  • Configure, optimize, and maintain Salesforce in collaboration with the CRM team (users, flows, dashboards for Sales & Management)
  • Ensure documentation, training, and drive adoption of CRM tools
  • Maintain and enrich the Salesforce database, ensuring high data quality

Sales Analysis & Strategic Insights

  • Implement reporting routines and dashboards to track sales performance
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify actionable improvement levers
  • Support Sales Leadership with strategic recommendations and insights

Sales Process Optimization & Enablement

  • Standardize and document sales processes and best practices in a Sales Playbook (hosted on Notion)
  • Deliver onboarding and training sessions to new sales team members
  • Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across the sales cycle


What we believe should contribute to your success in this context

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role
  • You have excellent knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • You are a strong team player, able to collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
  • You have a strong ability to design and implement new processes
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English
