About the Sales Manager Role

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Manager responsible for driving FIT (Fully Independent Traveller) business with a strong focus on Latin America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific markets. The Sales Manager will design and execute strategies to grow key markets, generate awareness of the Hotel in priority feeder countries, and strengthen relationships with high-end travel advisors, luxury consortia, and key partners across these regions. Collaboration with the wider Sales & Marketing team will be central, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s positioning, revenue goals, and Four Seasons global network. The role will require international travel to attend trade shows, sales missions, and client visits, positioning the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat as the preferred Riviera destination for luxury FIT guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive FIT business from LATAM, Europe, and APAC markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top travel advisors, consortia partners and luxury wholesalers for the Russian market
  • Represent the Hotel at international trade fairs and sales missions in target regions.
  • Proactively prospect new accounts and maintain a high level of market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to optimize offers and packages tailored to key markets.
  • Prepare accurate business reports, forecasts, and analysis of market trends.
  • Work closely with the global Four Seasons sales network to maximize cross-selling opportunities.

Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in luxury hotel sales, ideally with exposure to international FIT markets.
  • Fluent English and French (spoken & written) required; additional languages are an asset.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • International exposure, cultural adaptability, and a proactive “hunter” mindset.
  • Ability to travel several times per year to represent the Hotel abroad.
  • Hospitality or Sales/Marketing education preferred, though relevant experience is highly valued
