A leading engineering firm in Courbevoie is seeking a Sales Manager for Submarine Cable Systems Projects. Candidates should have an engineering background and 5-10 years of solution sales experience. Key responsibilities include managing strategic accounts, leading the tendering process, and developing sales strategies. This role requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to nurture relationships with key clients in the French market, ensuring achievement of sales targets and effective communication across teams.
We are looking for a passionate professional with commercial acumen and a background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial engineering with at least 5-10 years of technical and solution or project sales experience.
Joining our sales force, you’ll be part of some of the world’s boldest and most impactful engineering projects.
Responsible for ensuring France Sales of Submarine Cable Systems Projects along with Mediterranean Sales Team & handling TSOs business.
Manage strategic account, development of project sales concepts and implementation of sales strategy, presentation of solutions and value proposition, contract negotiation, subcontractor relationships. You will lead multi-disciplined teams throughout the tendering, negotiation and contract closing phases.
Main responsibilities will be related to sales and business development activities to nurture relationships with key TSOs and fully manage the direct sales process for their major tenders principally within the French market.
Projects typically will be of a turn-key nature at submarine cable high voltage level and underground cable HVDC.
