The role requires delivering an exceptional client experience, supporting daily store operations, and representing the brand with professionalism and elegance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized and high-end customer experience aligned with luxury service standards.
• Support sales activities, including product presentation, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of products, collections, and brand heritage.
• Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the boutique is always immaculately presented.
• Support stock handling, replenishment, and inventory organization.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build rapport with local and international clientele to encourage repeat visits.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve individual and store targets.
