We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Wholesale Team, which manages global partners reselling Ledger products to the end consumer (e.g., BestBuy, Fnac). The role is primarily located in Vierzon, but with occasional travel to the Paris office. In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end sales fulfillment journey and serve as the central operational link for our resellers and internal stakeholders.

Initial length: 9 months

Responsibilities
  • Being responsible for the end‑to‑end sales fulfillment journey including invoicing, payment, shipment and delivery
  • Creating orders in our back‑office system
  • Acting as the key operational point of contact for our resellers and distributors, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
  • Ensuring good coordination between different departments including accounting, production, design, e‑commerce, shipping, logistics, and legal
  • Managing qualification and onboarding of new resellers
  • Co‑developing tools and process improvements to build automated workflows and lay the foundation for AI integration
  • Reporting on key activity metrics to ensure data integrity and track performance
Qualifications
  • Fluent written and verbal skills in English are a must
  • A good French level is required
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Someone who is organized, rigorous and meticulous in their work and able to ensure a high level of performance
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to own the sales admin process, flag inconsistencies, and suggest solutions
  • Agility and adaptability to navigate process changes, automation, and the introduction of AI tools
  • Previous experience in sales administration is a plus
