Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (particularly the engineering, development and project teams), sharing best practices, feedbacks and much more about engineering knowledge and people management. • Deploy the process at sites, tenders & projects, and train the RMEs.
  • Liaise with other functions to ensure overall consistency of our processes and manage interfaces.

  • Improve project reporting on requirements management topics.
  • Participate in task forces to assist in the delivery of offers & projects.

All about you: We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Passion in sustainable mobility solutions and complex products.
  • Experience of systems engineering and products development.
