Une entreprise pharmaceutique internationale recherche un Responsable Opérationnel pour ses activités Animaux de Compagnie en France. Ce poste hybride implique la supervision d'équipes de vente, le développement d'une stratégie commerciale axée sur la croissance des revenus et la gestion des relations avec les clients stratégiques. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de la santé animale et des compétences en négociation et en leadership. La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est nécessaire.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de la santé animale.
  • Expérience prouvée dans un environnement orienté résultats.
  • Expérience réussie en gestion des ventes.

The growth of our group is leading us to strengthen our structure by recruiting a French Pet Operations Manager.

You will oversee the implementation of the Pet business strategy in France with the aim of increasing revenue by managing the performance of the sales teams and strengthening customer loyalty.

DEVELOPING THE SALES STRATEGY
  • Defining short-, medium-, and long-term sales objectives in collaboration with the French Business Director.
  • Segmenting markets and proposing action plans tailored to each target.
  • Contributing to the pricing policy and distribution strategy.
  • Collaborating with the marketing, product, and finance departments to align actions.
SALES TEAM MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING
  • Supervise, lead, and motivate sales teams.
  • Set individual and collective objectives, consistent with the company's overall ambitions.
  • Monitor the team's performance management cycle (interviews, action plans, development plans, salary development, refocusing, etc.).
  • Organize regular sales meetings: activity reviews, action plan monitoring, and sharing of best practices.
  • Analyze results, identify deviations from objectives, and propose and monitor corrective action plans.
  • Support sales representatives in the field, particularly during key phases: strategic prospecting and major account negotiations.
  • Develop team skills through training and coaching.
  • Establish a culture of performance and customer satisfaction.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
  • Negotiate with strategic clients and key accounts.
  • Monitor calls for tenders and complex projects.
  • Actively monitor the market, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Participate in forecasting for the business.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Minimum 3-year post-secondary degree with 10 years of experience in the animal health (pet) sector.
  • Proven experience in a results- and growth-oriented environment.
  • Successful experience in a sales management position.
  • Management of multi-site or multi-channel sales teams.
  • Proficiency in using performance management tools (KPIs, CRM, reporting).
  • Proficiency in sales management tools: CRM, dashboards, advanced Excel.
  • Ability to build and implement a sales strategy.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Charisma and the ability to unite.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize.
  • Results- and customer-oriented.
  • Rigor, high standards, and a sense of exemplarity.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) and fluent French.
