A leading dental technology company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the France & Benelux region. This high-impact role requires a proven track record in dental or medtech sales, particularly with intraoral scanners and CAD/CAM technology. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth through distributor networks and building relationships with dental practices and labs. Regional Sales Manager – France & Benelux

Digital Dentistry

Are you a high-performing sales leader with a passion for digital dentistry and intraoral scanning technology ?

We are partnered with an innovative dental technology company looking to appoint a Sales Manager to lead and grow the France & Benelux region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in intraoral scanners, CAD / CAM, and chairside digital workflows , and proven experience selling through distributor networks .

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow the France & Benelux region, driving revenue through established and new distributor partners
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with distributors, key accounts, KOLs, dental practices, DSOs, and labs
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with distribution partners to achieve regional sales targets
  • Support distributors with product training, demos, clinical education, and sales enablement
  • Identify new market opportunities and support lead generation activities, events, and trade shows
  • Negotiate commercial terms within established guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, clinical, product, customer support) to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Track pipeline, forecasts, and performance using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success in dental or medtech sales, ideally within intraoral scanners, digital dentistry, CAD / CAM, or imaging
  • Strong experience managing and growing distributor‑led sales models
  • Track record of building high‑performing distributor relationships across multi‑country territories
  • Experience covering France and / or Benelux markets
  • Hunter mentality with the ability to build and scale regional revenue
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in French required; English essential (Dutch / Flemish a plus)
